Since the establishment of the R & D Center, its main function is to be responsible for the research, analysis, development and testing of scientific research projects in abrasives, refractories, ceramic materials and related fields. It is the company's implementation unit for new product development and basic testing.
With the development of China's heavy chemical industry, the problems of energy, resources and environment have become increasingly prominent. Corundum-based composite insulation material prepared by electrofusion smelting has low cost (the cost of raw materials is 70% of ordinary fused brown corundum), low energy consumption (power consumption is 80% of ordinary fused brown corundum), and low carbon content of the product (Less than 0.01%), high resource utilization, no carbon dioxide and sewage discharge, etc., has obtained national invention patents, in line with national industrial policies and environmental protection requirements. Carbon-free fused corundum composite insulation materials mainly include fused corundum materials, fused corundum --- spinel composite materials, fused corundum --- calcium aluminate composite materials series, which have strong high temperature resistance and mechanical properties , Is the main raw material for ladle casting composite insulation materials, ladle non-carbon prefabricated blocks, etc., has a wide range of uses in the composite insulation materials and abrasive tools industry, and promotes the rapid transformation of new products and technologies into productivity The center not only provides technical services to Luoyang, but also to Henan Province and the country.
Ruishi Group also serves as a doctoral research base and innovative practice base for Zhengzhou University, Henan University of Science and Technology, and Henan University of Science and Technology, creating quality conditions for the country to cultivate talents.
