Spinel clinker and AL2O3 spinel solid-melt clinker with 70% and 90% of AL2O3 content, respectively, prepared by high temperature in an electric arc furnace, can be processed into particles, fine powder and micron powder with different particle sizes. Its grains are well developed, dense in texture and uniform in structure. Ruishi fused magnesia-aluminum spinel has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, large body density, low water absorption, small thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal stability, and strong corrosion resistance. It is a high-grade raw material for manufacturing high-strength, refractory products such as spinel and cubic magnesium with good thermal shock stability.
